For those really tense and painful areas, try a deep tissue massage. Using a variety of muscle release techniques, the therapist will work within your pleasure/pain threshold to release and relax chronic tension. Hot basalt stones may be added to enhance the technique.

This is a classic massage that uses long strokes for stress reduction, relaxation, sleep inducement and improved circulation. This massage will ease you into relaxation and release stress throughout the body.

Hot Stones Massage 90 Minutes $125
Healing with stones is an ancient form of therapy used by various cultures throughout the ages. Using smooth, heated basalt river stones to release penetrating heat into your body and Swedish massage techniques, the body is deeply relaxed as the warm stones melt away the tension and stress of daily life.
Reflexology 45 Minutes $55
Reflexology is based on the theory that the feet and the hands are reflections of the entire body and through massaging working points in these areas, the entire body benefits. Your feet will be cocooned in warm moist towels as you receive a head and shoulders massage. Then reflexology is performed on your hands and feet.
Reiki 60 Minutes $55
Reiki is pronounced “ray-key”. “Rei” means universal “higher dimension of light and the soul”. “Ki” means vital life force of energy. Reiki is the force behind the Yin and the Yang. This unique, powerful and ancient healing method is a hands-on and aura field healing system working on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of the body. A gentle, yet powerful healing energy that causes the negative energy and blockages to break apart and fall away within the physical and ethic pathways of the body.

Traditional Thai Yoga Therapy 90 Minutes $125
Thai massage is a beautiful and powerful combination of massage, acupressure, stretching, twisting, energy work and meditation all rolled into one experience. Thai massage aims at stimulating the flow of energies within the body, by working the sen lines (meridians) to open the places which are blocked, relieve the places where there is too much and bring the whole into balance. It enhances strength and flexibility, relaxes sore or tense muscles, and can help to recapture lost range of motion. By encouraging lymphatic function, this traditional massage can also detoxify the body, heighten the immune system, and prevent disease and/or injury by promoting flexibility. The massage is received on a heated cushioned mat on the floor with the client dressed in comfortable loose fitting clothing.
Thai Table Massage 60 Minutes $65
A modified Thai therapy session, performed on a massage table with the client fully clothed, this massage blends acupressure, stretching, energy work and meditation. It will bring your energy into balance, reduce stress, release sore or tense muscles, improve flexibility and range of motion as well as detoxify the body and heighten the immune system. It is not as vigorous as Traditional Thai Yoga Therapy.
Tibetan Bowl Relaxation 30 Minutes $20
Bronze Tibetan bowls are placed on the body and played harmoniously to provide deep sound healing
and relaxation. A rest in Savasana pose allows the body to incorporate the vibrational energy.
Treatment is received in comfortable clothing.

The Baliao or the Eight Seams located on the sacrum share an energetic relationship to birth and rebirth at physical, emotional and psycho-spiritual levels. It is imperative for energy to flow freely through this area. The forks are used to balance these points to promote optimum energy and wellness.

Via the opening points the body is prompted to remember and reformat to the initial harmony.
